In order to save disappointment with fitting,

please take a skirt you are comfortable with.

donot use stretch fabric skirt.

zip it up and lay flat on the table or floor

measure the waist accross and double the measurement to give total measurements

Do the same for the Hip and finally measure the Length you need.
